Know what is required to use a computer?
A Musser Public Library card is required for residents of the City of Muscatine and Muscatine County to use the computers.
Those who are not residents of the city or county can present a driver's license or passport and will be logged on to a computer as a guest. Only the registered card holder may use their card/number to access the computers.
If someone other than the registered user is found to be using a card that is not theirs, both the registered card holder and invalid user will lose Internet Access for 30 days.
Use of cell phones is prohibited while using the Public Computer Workstations.
